The program's goal is to enhance quality of life, confidence and a collaborative consciousness through rejuvenating activities leaving you refreshed & energized. Plus, the first 50 people will receive fitness freebies each week! Bring your own yoga mat (optional but recommended). There is no additional equipment or weights needed to join in. You’ll learn proper form & technique, including how to modify where needed for your fitness level. Refreshments will be provided.
