About the presenters:
George and Eleni Karimalis are internationally recognized for their award-winning vineyard, cooking school, longevity retreats, and farm-to-table restaurant on the Greek island of Ikaria. Known as one of the world’s Blue Zones, Ikaria is celebrated for the remarkable longevity and vitality of its residents, many of whom live well into their nineties and beyond. The Karimalises have been featured in documentaries and cookbooks, including Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones, as well as in numerous international publications.
