Uchi x The Americano Collaboration Dinner
Uchi is excited to welcome Chef Peter McQuaid of The Americano for a special Chef's Dinner at Uchi Scottsdale on July 22nd. This exclusive dinner will feature a multi-course omakase menu, thoughtfully crafted in collaboration with Uchi Scottsdale's Chef de Cuisine Blake Leucke.
Chef McQuaid is a celebrated culinary sensation and Food Network star. He is a James Beard Foundation Taste America Award winner with an impressive culinary resume spanning some of the finest kitchens in the country.
Additionally, Ashley Cibor of Tell Your Friends Speakeasy will be here to curate a limited cocktail pairing menu throughout each seating.
Tickets are $175 per person, plus tax & gratuity. 5PM + 8PM Seating.
