Ana Maria is a Master Distiller, working with locally owned Tequila Corrido and literally wrote the book on how to get the most out of a tasting tequila; she is the author of “The Aromas of Tequila: The Art of Tasting.” She has also developed a tasting wheel with 600 distinct aroma and flavors to help you deeply experience what is in your glass.
