Mother’s Day Weekend at Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill

Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill celebrates the Mother’s Day holiday all weekend long Friday, May 10th through Sunday, May 12th. Moms will be treated to a complimentary mimosa, prosecco or non-alcoholic beverage of their choice, as well as a special “Mother’s Day Card” offering a discount on their next visit. Guests can also enjoy seasonal craft cocktails including the Baileys Chocolate Espresso Martini or the Spicy Mango Margarita as well as desserts such as the Decadent Chocolate Cake or the Cast Iron Skillet Southern Peach Crumble. Other featured menu items by the talented culinary team (served all day on Friday, and after 2pm on Saturday and Sunday) will include: • Parmesan Panko Crusted Halibut coated with fresh herbs, panko and Romano cheese, lightly grilled with lemon beurre blanc, cilantro jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables. • Seared Atlantic Sea Scallops flash seared with cilantro jasmine rice, sauteed red and yellow peppers, snap peas, baby carrots, spinach and Meyer lemon beurre blanc. • Grilled Filet Mignon, house seasoned, grilled to perfection with white cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. • Grilled Ribeye Steak, house seasoned, grilled to perfection with white cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. • Mediterranean Meatballs seasoned with Moroccan harissa and spices, seared, served with hummus, feta & cucumber tomato salad, garlic mint yogurt sauce and naan bread. • Crispy Fried Chicken Wings with a choice of sauces and dips: Old School Buffalo, Korean BBQ or Dry Spice Rub. Served with Blue Cheese, Ranch or Sriracha Fry Sauce. • Grilled Steak Salad, grilled top sirloin with caramelized pears, Danish blue cheese, pecan pralines, roasted sweet peppers, tomatoes, mixed greens, arugula, radicchio and blue cheese vinaigrette. • Wagyu Beef & Bacon Jam Burger with Snake River Farms American Wagyu ground beef, Muenster cheese, arugula, crispy onions and mayonnaise on toasted ciabatta.
