Summertime is here and with the warmer temps you are invited to slow down, breathe and reset your mind.
Join award-winning Master Mindset Coach Frankie Kounouho for an empowering summer group program in which you will dive deep into mindset reset and stress management exercises to realign your mind and cultivate calm in your life. The program includes guided meditation, group discussion, journaling, and a gift bag. The program is one hour per month for three months, and takes place at The Space in Cave Creek. Space is very limited! Please select the group dates that work best for you. Event price includes $525 for all three sessions or $175 per session. Payment can be made via Zelle to 623-326-1855 or by venmo. Please contact event organizer for additional payment details.
