Pranom Pop-up: Traveling Thai Street Food featuring Roses by the Stairs Brewery
The legendary Pranom Pop-Up is rolling into The Joy Lush Club this Friday, August 23, from 5pm to 9pm (or until we run out). 🍜 Chef Dream Kasestatad, aka The Noodle Man, is bringing his famous Thai street food all the way from across the country just to spice up your Friday. 🌶️🔥 Plus, wash it all down with killer deals on beer flights and pints from our friends at Roses by the Stairs Brewery.
Pro tip: Show up early—this will be hotter than a desert summer! ☀️ No tickets, no fuss, just great vibes and full bellies. 😋

Pranom Food Pop-up (Cash or Venmo)
$16 Khoa Kha Moo Palo: Slow braised pork shank and pork belly in 7 spiced over Jasmine garlic rice, with pickled mustard greens, boil eggs marinated in sweet soy, sautéed Yu Choy and topped off with a spicy Thai chili sauce with crispy garlic.
$15 Yu Choy and Chinese Broccoli Wok Stir-Fried with mushroom, crispy tofu, garlic, bean sprouts, Thai eggplant, dry Thai chilies, lemongrass and lime citrus over Jasmine garlic ginger rice. Topped off with crispy onions, and crispy garlic.

The Noodle Man has showcased his culinary talents as a guest chef at numerous high-profile events, including SXSW, Beale Street Festival, movie premieres, and TV shows. His pop-ups have taken over boutique hotels, breweries, bars, and restaurants nationwide. He also stars in a pilot show based on his life, titled "The Noodle Man," which is currently streaming on Amazon Prime. Additionally, Dream is filming a food documentary feature in New Orleans and is working on a restaurant travel television series in collaboration with the Emmy-award-winning Litton Entertainment and Hearst Media.

The Joy Lush Club offers a free self-parking lot for all customers. Find us in the Camel Central Plaza on the north side of West Camelback Road, just west of North Central Avenue. If the Joy Lush Club Parking lot is full, use the parking lot directly west of JLC.

Conveniently located across from the Central Ave/Camelback Valley Metro Light Rail stop, The Joy Lush Club is the perfect beer and wine bar and bottle shop to enjoy a drink before or after events throughout Greater Phoenix.
