Badge Bash, Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council's signature fundraising celebration, will take place on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, at The Bob & Renee Parsons Leadership Center for Girls and Women at Camp South Mountain in Phoenix
Badge Bash is an adults-only (21+) event that invites attendees to step into the spirit of camp with a fun twist. Guests will form their own “troops” and explore interactive camp stations that showcase Girl Scout programs, challenging themselves to fill their sashes with custom badges while enjoying hands-on activities, craft cocktails, mobile snack carts and a special dinner and live auction under the stars.
The event also offers networking and connection opportunities, bringing together professionals from business, government, education, nonprofits, and other industries. Attendees are encouraged to dress in Girl Scout or camp-inspired attire, with a prize awarded for Best Dressed.
During the evening, GSACPC will recognize four individuals whose leadership and commitment to community advancement have deeply impacted girls and youth: Devin Booker, Deanna Salazar, Teri Twarkins Kelley and Jennifer Schuitemaker.
Badge Bash promises attendees a night of excitement, unity, and empowerment, all while supporting life-changing programs for girls. Proceeds support GSACPC programs serving more than 12,000 girls in grades K–12 across central and northern Arizona, helping them explore STEM, outdoors, life skills and entrepreneurship programs that instill courage, confidence and character.
Community sponsors include: Jaque Bethke Design, L. Roy Papp & Associates, LLP, Collision Xperts, Wunderkind Scottsdale, Achieve, As You Wish Pottery, Great American Insurance Group, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, Chubb Insurance, Valley Bank and Fiesta Sports Foundation.
Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available at girlscoutsaz.org/badgebash.
