An Evening with Dan Kosta at The Americano
North Scottsdale’s upscale Italian-inspired steakhouse, The Americano, will celebrate the artistry of pairing fine wine with modern dining by welcoming acclaimed wine crafter Dan Kosta and guest chef Gio Osso, visionary behind Virtù Honest Craft and Pizzeria Virtù, for a multi-course evening of world-class wine, inspired cuisine and exceptional hospitality. Kosta, one of the most respected names in American wine, will join The Americano’s Chefs Beau MacMillian and Peter McQuaid, along with Chef Gio Osso, to craft a multi-course dinner of rich, dynamic dishes designed to complement each wine while showcasing Sonoma’s elegance and The Americano’s modern flair.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception featuring signature handcrafted cocktails and curated passed appetizers, followed by a four-course dinner expertly paired with Kosta’s celebrated wines, including the highly coveted Grail Grand Cru Campbell Ranch Pinot Noir.
