Home to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, Arizona boasts some of the most striking natural wonders in the United States. The diverse geographic landscapes offer abundant outdoor adventures for everyone. Darryl and Kathleen Toupkin, two seasoned outdoor adventurists and self-avowed national park lovers, have recently completed visiting all 430 America’s National Parks and National Park Units in a span of 37 years. With no self-imposed deadline, they took their time to immerse themselves in the natural beauty and history of each park including some unique features that many visitors overlook. They have brought a wealth of experience and knowledge from their extensive travels to many of their public presentations. They will share personal anecdotes, travel tips, and stunning visuals that will transport you to the majestic landscapes of our national parks! Join us at the Scottsdale Public Library at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 to learn more about the National Park units in Arizona and many ways to enjoy them.
