Floating Aerial Sound Journey
Suspended in soft aerial silks, you will be guided through grounding breathwork, gentle stretching, and supported movement before settling into a floating meditation accompanied by immersive healing sounds and soothing frequencies.
Upon arrival, begin your experience with a nourishing herbal tea or adaptogenic elixir. This intentionally intimate sound meditation creates space for stillness, softness, and rest, leaving guests feeling lighter, centered, and renewed.
