The beloved neighborhood restaurant has announced its Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu, available Wednesday, Feb. 14. The three-course menu features the following selections:
First Course, choice of one:
Baby Gem Lettuce with San Joaquin Gold and Prosciutto with pear tomatoes, arugula pesto, chives and crispy corn fritters
Lobster Bisque with citrus crema and lobster ravioli
Boneless Short Ribs and Mild Piquillo Pepper Polenta with red wine sauce, candy cane beets, shallots and chives
Seared Ahi Tuna with carrot ginger puree, mango, avocado, pickled Fresno chili and cilantro
Wild Blue Crab Cake with saffron corn jus, crustacean oil, cilantro and lemongrass
Entree Course, choice of one:
Wood-Grilled Mary’s Breast of Chicken with crispy butternut squash risotto, wilted spinach, winter root vegetables and fine herbs jus
Georges Bank Sea Scallops with Romanesco, potato fennel puree, pomegranate emulsion and smoked pork belly
Pan-Roasted Loin of Lamb with piquillo pepper polenta, small carrots, black olive jus and crispy herbs
Costa Rican Grouper with forbidden rice, edamame, Schreiner’s linguica and corn vinaigrette
Filet of Beef Tenderloin with potato and parsnip puree, root vegetables and blue cheese fondue
Forbidden Rice with Root Vegetables with sweet corn vinaigrette, edamame beans and tiny greens
Dessert Course, choice of one:
Dark Chocolate Mousse Gateau with seasonal berries and their sauce
Raspberry Cheesecake with lemon curd coulis
Organic Strawberry Crème Brûlée
