Designed for two diners and available exclusively on Tuesdays, this prix fixe menu includes the following options:

Roasted Peach and Spicy Goat Cheese Fondue with Fresno chilies and wood grilled Arizona bread
Strawberry Shellacked Pork Belly with Sweet Corn, house-made bacon, herb oil, mushrooms and gremolata
Pork Chile Verde and Goat Cheese Grits with grape tomatoes and watermelon radish
AZ Dates Stuffed with Short Rib and American Blue Cheese, smoked bacon, romesco, almonds and balsamic syrup
