Rusconi’s American Kitchen 2023 Fall Cooking Class Led by Chef, Owner Michael Rusconi NOV. 18
During this intimate lunch and learn, guests will experience a demonstration of the following menu, after which they will have the opportunity to enjoy it! Courses include:
Guajillo Seared Ahi Tuna with red quinoa, olives, roasted mushrooms and basil
Chili and Coco Marinated Breast of Duck with Arizona dressing and preserved red current jus
Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding with vanilla sauce, seasonal berries and salted caramel sauce
