Super Bowl at Roaring Fork
Sunday, February 11th celebrate Super Bowl 58 at Scottsdale’s iconic Roaring Fork restaurant! This evening only, the restaurant will be offering its popular, “Dinner on Us” (buy one entree, get one free) beginning at 4:00 p.m. Roaring Fork will be serving signature “wood fired” favorites including:
• FISH TACOS Tempura fried, served with kale slaw, balsamic dressing, chipotle remoulade, and black beans
• BIG ASS BURGER with Peppered bacon, poblano, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, cheddar, and fries
• BACON WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN served with Poblano grits, charred corn, chipotle and balsamic reduction
• SHRIMP & GRITS with cheddar grits, sweet corn butter, chorizo oil, and fried egg
• RAINBOW TROUT served with asparagus, brown butter, fried capers, toasted almonds, and grilled lemon
• CEDAR PLANK SALMON with asparagus, apricot teriyaki glaze, and lemon soy beurre blanc
• ROTISSERIE CHICKEN served with cornbread stuffing, brussels sprouts, and lemon garlic jus
• BONELESS BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN with mashed potato, and peppercorn gravy
• NIMAN RANCH BONE-IN PORK CHOP served with mashed potato, maple mustard glaze, and apple chutney
