Roaring Fork commemorates Valley mothers on Sunday, May 12th with specialty menu items beginning at 11:00am. The culinary team will be offering a selection of specialty a la carte items including:
- SKILLET CORN BREAD served with whipped agave butter
- SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS with celery and ranch dressing
- SHRIMP COCKTAIL served with Atomic cocktail sauce, & lavosh cracker
- STEAK SALAD with mixed greens, tomatoes, blue cheese, candied walnuts, mushrooms, balsamic, and creamy horseradish dressing
- MIXED MARKET GREENS served with candied walnuts, feta, cranberries, and cranberry vinaigrette
- FILET MIGNON hand Cut in-house with caramelized shallot butter; chimichurri & chipotle demi-glace
- NIMAN RANCH BONE-IN PORK CHOP served with mashed potato, maple mustard glaze, and apple chutney
- CEDAR PLANK SALMON with asparagus, apricot teriyaki glaze, and lemon soy beurre blanc
- BACON WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN served with poblano grits, charred corn, and chipotle balsamic reduction
