The restaurant offers a variety of choices for various dining preferences on their menu including vegan and vegetarian such as the Vegan Caesar Salad, the Hummus & Crudité plate (vegan), Margherita Pizza (vegetarian) and the Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito. Even items that aren’t traditionally vegetarian or vegan can be made so upon request. For example, guests can substitute JUST eggs for regular eggs in any dish or “hold” the honey on the Avocado Toast to make it vegan.
Provision also offers a variety of vegan pastries (as well as gluten-free ones) on a daily basis. In addition, guests can opt for oat milk to make most any beverage vegan and the popular Shakerato can be made with cashew cream for a vegan twist.
Good news for happy hour — the Espresso Martini is vegan! Those doing Dry January or who simply prefer a non-alcoholic option are encouraged to raise a glass with Provision’s new specialty mocktail, The Icon 24. This delicious Dry January drink features lemon, cinnamon agave, basil, Iconic Cocktail Ginga Syrup, Seedlip Spice 94 and sparkling white peach tea.
