Take, for example, the Bucca Bucca Suntan Lotion ($7) featuring Romana Sambuca and espresso beans, or the Lychee On Me ($15) made with Chakra Vodka, Lychi-Li, Cave Creek Olive Oil Company White Balsamic lychee air foam, Demerara syrup, lemon and lime. For a taste of the tropics, the tiki-inspired Island Time ($18), featuring Rum Bar Jamaican Silver Rum, Cave Creek Olive Oil Company Honey Ginger Balsamic, green chartreuse, orgeat, lime juice and an Angostura float, hits the mark.
