Healthy Fall Festival and Turkey Giveaway
Equality Health will host its annual Healthy Fall Festival, a FREE community event designed to kick off the holiday season with a spirit of gratitude and giving. With the support of local partners like Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (AZ Blue), the festival will provide vital resources, health screenings, and holiday essentials to more than 3,000 families in the Phoenix area.
At the festival, AZ Blue will have a Blue Zone that offers:
Blood pressure screenings
BMI screenings
A1C testing
Skin cancer screenings
Nutrition resources
And more!
Equality Health will also offer families a Healthy Bag filled with fresh fruits, produce, a ham or frozen turkey (while supplies last), and other nutritious essentials. The event will also include raffles and giveaways, entertainment and kids activities.
