Ocean Prime Launches Two Exclusive New Specials FEB. 20
The King Salmon special features pan-seared King Salmon served over roasted Yukon Gold potatoes with buttered leeks, shiitake mushrooms and haricot verts, finished with a Pinot Noir butter and Castelvetrano Olive tapenade, $52, or $49 for the Teriyaki version.
The Dutch Harbor Alaska King Crab special includes Ocean Prime’s first catch of the season’s Dutch Harbor Crab Legs, fresh from the Alaska Dutch Harbor (and the boats featured in “Deadliest Catch”). Ocean Prime is one of the few restaurants receiving this crab, which have been unavailable for the past few years due to COVID and supply-chain challenges. Available for a limited time, cost is market price.
