Celebrate National Grandparents Day at NSUMC

North Scottsdale, AZ— North Scottsdale United Methodist Church (NSUMC) invites the community to join in a special celebration of National Grandparents Day on Sunday, September 8th. This heartwarming event will take place during the 10 a.m. church service, with a variety of activities planned to honor and cherish the grandparents in our lives.
The morning will begin with a special gift for every grandparent in attendance—a beautifully quilted pocket cross and a prayer card, symbolizing the love and appreciation the church holds for them. During Sunday School, children ages 2-12 will engage in creative activities, including making a heartfelt craft for their grandparents and selecting a special "grandparent" book to take home and enjoy together.
NSUMC warmly encourages children to bring their grandparents to the 10 a.m. service, and grandparents are equally welcome to bring their little ones along. The church looks forward to celebrating the unique and cherished bond between grandparents and grandchildren through crafts, stories, prayers, and thoughtful gifts.
Join us in recognizing one of God’s sweetest blessings—there’s nothing quite like a grandparent’s love.

Sunday school is available in-person and online @ www.nsumckids.info. They have children and youth activities including; children’s choir, mission trips, small groups, festivals and youth groups. N.S.U.M.C. also offers ONLINE and in-person adult Bible studies, men and women’s groups
