Guests will receive inside tips about food and brew pairings from Don Russell, celebrated local beer expert and Philadelphia Daily News Joe Sixpack columnist, as well as McKenzie brewers Ryan Michaels and Gerard Olson. During the January 21 Beer Pairing Dinner, a multi-course dinner will be served featuring a selection of McKenzies culinary favorites.
