FOUND:RE and Match Market's Next Astrology-Themed Dinner Centers Around the Cancer Sign JUNE 29
It’s time to honor those born under the Cancer sign as part of FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel’s ongoing Astrology Dinner series. On Saturday, June 29, diners are invited to indulge in a delightful culinary experience that encapsulates the essence of the Cancer sign. The themed four-course dinner features the following menu:
First Course — Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with cucumber, charred red onion, Crow’s Dairy quark and cilantro gremolata inspired by Cancer’s nurturing and comforting nature.
Second Course — Maryland Style Crab Cakes with Old Bay slaw, remoulade and a hint of preserved lemon, which pay homage to Cancer’s connection to the sea.
Third Course — Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp with rice noodles, Thai basil, bean sprout and charred scallion — a medley of exquisite flavors of Southeast Asia that embrace Cancer’s love of home-cooked meals and exotic spices.
Fourth Course — Vanilla Bean Pavlova with Meyer lemon curd, rose-infused foam and a delicate vanilla honey lace cookie — a heavenly harmony that perfectly reflects Cancer’s romantic and dreamy side.
Guests are encouraged to dress in the theme of the Cancer star sign.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and dinner begins at 7 p.m. Cost is $59, plus tax and gratuity.
