Liberty Station Tavern Hosts Smokin’ Three-Course Thanksgiving Dinner NOV. 23
Diners can enjoy a traditional turkey dinner, smoked BBQ favorites and/or a scrumptious seabass special. The following menu is available as a prix fixe option including one selection from each course for $55 or a la carte (pricing as listed):
Appetizer, choice of one or $10 each:
Liberty Salad
Classic Caesar Salad
New England Clam Chowder
Butternut Squash Bisque
Entrée, choice of one or $33 each:
Traditional Turkey Dinner featuring sliced smoked turkey, green beans, chef’s stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy
Baja Seabass served with green beans, mashed potatoes and creole beurre blanc
Texas Brisket or Carolina Pork Shoulder with choice of two sides from the following selections: green beans, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw or cornbread
Dessert, choice of one or $12 each:
Apple Pie
Pumpkin Pie
Chocolate Cake
