Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse Presents Miner Family Wine Dinner JAN. 24
On Wednesday, Jan. 24, Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse presents a very special wine pairing dinner featuring Miner Family wines. Beginning at 6 p.m., the five-course dining experience includes:
1st Course — Prosciutto-Infused Strawberries with mascarpone cheese and pistachios paired with 2019 Miner Family Viognier, Paso Robles
2nd Course — Grilled and Chilled Lobster Tail with lemon butter sauce paired with 2022 Miner Family Chardonnay, Napa Valley
3rd Course — Poppy’s Bolognese featuring handmade three cheese ravioli and trinity meat sauce paired with 2021 Miner Family Gary’s Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands
4th Course — Slow-Roasted Tenderloin with Yukon gold mash potatoes, green beans and red wine demi paired with 2018 Miner Family Emily’s Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
Dessert Course — Maria’s “Not So Lava” Lava Cake
