Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse Hosts Aperture Cellars Wine Dinner
The evening begins at 6 p.m. and includes the following five-course menu:
1st Course—Crudo of Sea Bass with Meyer lemon-cilantro oil and paprika paired with 2023 Aperture Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma
2nd Course—Grilled Jumbo Prawns with lemon-caper beurre blanc and dirty rice served with 2022 Aperture Chenin Blanc, Clarksburg
3rd Course—Lamb Chop with red wine reduction, Yukon mash and sauteed mushrooms complemented by 2022 Aperture Red Bordeaux Blend, Sonoma
4th Course—Charred Prime Ribeye with roasted fingerlings and sauteed broccolini paired with 2022 Aperture Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma
Dessert—New York-Style Cheesecake
