Keeler’s Announces First Wine Dinner of the New Year featuring Pours from Hestan Vineyards JAN. 10
With that in mind, Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse’s popular monthly wine dinners return in 2024 with a bang!
On Wednesday, Jan. 10, Keeler’s presents the Hestan Vineyards Wine Dinner, with complementary pairings from the vineyard. Menu and pairings include:
First Course — Pan-Seared Scallop with brown butter and smoked cauliflower puree paired with 2020 Hestan Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
Second Course — Seared Pork Rack with cheesy grits, green beans and black cherry apple sauce served with 2016 Vincent Christopher Walala Vineyard Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast
Third Course — Roasted Lamb Chop with creamy risotto, asparagus spears and cherry reduction complemented by 2015 Stephanie Proprietary Red Wine, Napa Valley
Fourth Course — Prime NY Strip Steak with au gratin potatoes, brussel leaves and red wine demi-glace paired with Hestan Meyer Vineyard Cabernet, Napa Valley
Dessert Course — Maria’s German Chocolate Cheesecake
