Winemaker Dinner at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale
The event will take place on Thursday, February 23 at the resort’s Alto ristorante e bar. It will begin with appetizers and a wine reception at 6:30 p.m. where guests can meet Phillip Dube, with Outerbound Wines. Following the reception, the resort’s Chef Joaquin Estolano Jr. will guide guests through a five-course meal expertly paired with the vineyard’s popular selections.
