Valentine’s Day Dinner at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale
The menu will feature a three-course meal starting with a selection of a mushroom soup with
black truffle powder or a strawberry gem lettuce salad with pomegranate-lime vinaigrette. The
main course will feature a selection of “Surf & Turf” featuring braised short rib ragu and
espresso-poached lobster tail, or a bone-in chicken breast confit. The meal will conclude with a
selection of house-made black forest cake or a strawberry shortcake.
The Valentine’s Day meal is $75 per person. Reservations can be made by calling (480) 444-

In addition to the holiday meal at SWB, the resort’s Center Stage Bar will be serving a
Valentine’s Day specialty drink. The “Cupid’s Kiss” features Haku Vodka, hibiscus, Luxardo
Maraschino cherries, and plum bitters paired with a cherry-vanilla cookie.
