Thanksgiving Meal at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa
Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch will provide a delicious Thanksgiving dining at Southwest Bistro.
The holiday meal will begin with a first course selection of a butternut squash bisque served with spice crème fraiche and focaccia croutons, or a winter greens salad with roasted green apples and candied pecans. The main course will feature a traditional turkey dinner plate served with garlic mash, stuffing, haricot verts, brown gravy and cranberry sauce. A vegetarian main dish is also available based on request. The meal will conclude with a serving of house-made apple or pumpkin pie topped with Chantilly cream, cinnamon, and caramel.
The Thanksgiving special at Southwest Bistro is $60 for adults and $30 for children ages 12 and younger. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling (480) 629-6231.
In addition to the special Thanksgiving menu, Southwest Bistro will serve its normal dinner menu featuring delicious local favorites, from beef barbacoa quesadillas and a short rib grilled cheese to a Cedar River striploin.
