FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel Presents Rex Manning Day Event APRIL 8
Guests are invited to don their finest 90s attire and “Damn The Man, Save the Empire” with an “Empire Records” themed four-course dining experience featuring a screening of the film. The “Empire Records”-inspired menu features the following:
Track One: Breakroom Leftover Lunchable — Mini charcuterie board with artisanal cheese, fruit preserves and honeycomb
Track Two: Rex Manning’s Salad Order — “Cobb” salad with sundried tomatoes, avocado, hardboiled egg and tahini ranch dressing
Track Three: Damn The Man, Save the Empire... Chicken — Curry-spiced roasted chicken with garam masala-spiced potatoes and mango chutney
Track Four: Mark’s Special Brownie — Cana butter-infused large brownie with blue M&M’s... And don’t miss Mark’s Buttons or Corey’s Cupcakes
