On Wednesday, Jan 31, FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Du Coeur Wines and Restaurant present “Walk with Giants: A Multicourse Dinner with Phoenix Culinary Legends” featuring the incredible talents of Advanced Sommelier Wesam Kawa as well as renowned chefs Christopher Gross (Wrigley Mansion), Matt Carter (Zinc Bistro, The Mission, et al) and John Paul Hutchins (Le Cordon Bleu).
This incredible event begins at 6 p.m. with a delightful cocktail hour, followed at 7 p.m. by a progressive dinner featuring tantalizing appetizers and mouthwatering main courses, each showcasing the brilliance and artistry of these local culinary legends. During the event, guests will have the rare opportunity to explore potential partnerships and investment opportunities in the restaurant industry.
