Chula Seafood Celebrates 'Rosie's" 9th Anniversary with 90's Themed Specials OCT. 25
On Saturday, Oct. 25, all three Chula Seafood locations will be offering anniversary specials in honor of Rosie, the South Scottsdale location.
Chula South Scottsdale (Rosie) —
Lox Donut — House-fried donut, cream cheese, lox and everything seasoning
Fish and Chips — Fried fish filet with french fries and choice of sauce (one, two or three pieces)
Fish Burrito — Flour tortilla, fried fish fillet, chipotle aioli, guacamole, french fries, pico de gallo and cabbage
Chula North Scottsdale (Grayhawk)
Shrimp Etouffee Hand Pie — Sauteed shrimp, andouille sausage and holy trinity folded into a flaky pastry
Sea Dawg — Griddled seafood hot dog, “Chitown” relish and dijonnaise on a Noble poppyseed bun
Tuna Smashburger — Bulgogi-marinated yellowfin tuna, caramelized onions and kimchi, smoked mozzarella and burger sauce on a Martin’s potato bun
Octopus Al Pastor Taco — Braised and grilled octopus, achiote marinade, smoked pineapple, avocado, cilantro and onion
Chula Uptown —
Tuna Tostada — Akami tuna sashimi slices over a chorizo mayo, tomatillo oil and crispy fried carrot
Royale MCEBI with Cheese — Panko shrimp patty on a Noble English muffin with dill slaw, lettuce, house pickles and white cheddar
Albacore Carnitas Fried Quesadilla — Masa stuffed with slow-cooked shredded albacore, fried and garnished with verde crema and cotija cheese
Leche de Tigre Oyster Shooter — Oyster with tomatillo vinaigrette served over a glass of ceviche juice and choice of beer or tequila
Camarones Culichi — Garlic butter-sauteed shrimp with poblano and Oaxacan cheese sauce, served with Mexican white rice and a side salad
In addition to these specials, all three locations will also be offering $2 oysters (minimum of six oysters).
