Girls in STEM: Sporty Science
Girls in STEM’s March events, Sporty Science, will expose participants to how much science goes into their favorite sports! On March 16 and 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., #GirlsInSTEM will explore the relationship between our bodies, medicine and sports. Through hands-on activities, STEM Mentor engagement and like-minded peer connections, participants will discover how our body works to allow us to achieve incredible feats and investigate the engineering of prosthetics.
Lunch will be provided.

Los eventos de Ciencia deportiva de Girls in STEM's de marzo expondrán a las participantes a la cantidad de ciencia que se requiere para sus deportes favoritos. Los días 16 y 23 de marzo, de 9:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m., #GirlsInSTEM explorarán la relación entre nuestros cuerpos, la medicina y el deporte. A través de actividades prácticas, con la ayuda de mentores en STEM y junto a compañeros con ideas afines, los participantes descubrirán cómo funciona nuestro cuerpo para permitirnos lograr hazañas increíbles e investigarán la ingeniería de las prótesis.
Se proporcionará almuerzo.
