Arizona Restaurant Association Debuts Arizona Chef’s Week Aug. 1-10

The Arizona Restaurant Association (ARA) announces its all-new Arizona Chef’s Week, a 10-day culinary experience to help promote local restaurants during the typically slow summer season in the Valley and beyond. Arizona Chef’s Week 2025 takes place at participating restaurants around the Valley from Friday, Aug. 1 through Sunday, Aug. 10. “Year-round, it is our mission, our calling and our passion to promote and advocate for our hospitality industry,” said Arizona Restaurant Association President and CEO Steve Chucri. “Summertime in the Valley serves as a particularly challenging period for many restaurants, and therefore, it is more vital than ever to go out and support these establishments. This event is truly about local residents supporting local restaurants while experiencing an incredible meal. ” Those familiar with the ARA’s twice yearly Arizona Restaurant Week, one which takes place in the Spring and the other which takes place in the Fall, will recognize the format of Arizona Chef’s Week. During the 10-day event in August, diners can experience three-course prix fixe menus priced at $55 or $66 per person, tempting diners with a delicious deal and an enticing reason to dine out during the hottest time of the year. What makes Arizona Chef’s Week unique is chefs are encouraged to take a departure from their usual menus and offer items available only during Chef’s Week. This may include super-seasonal ingredients, bold flavors and innovative presentations that are exclusive to the Chef’s Week experience. The debut Arizona Chef’s Week is limited to just a small number of restaurants to help further boost the economic impact for these establishments and showcase their culinary talent. Early participants include: Beckett’s Table Beginner’s Luck Citizen Public House Espiritu Mesa Evo North Scottsdale Filthy Animal Fire at Will Hush Public House Indibar Marisco Boys Pa’la Downtown Phoenix City Grille Rusconi’s American Kitchen The Americano The Gladly The Italiano The Mexicano (Gilbert and Phoenix locations) Thompson 105 Vecina Wren & Wolf Diners can learn more about Arizona Chef’s Week, as well as view participating establishments’ event menus, starting in mid-July, at https://azrestaurant.org/events/arizona-chefs-week.
