Guests can expect an intimate, open-fire-inspired evening centered on K4 Ranches, one of Arizona's most historic ranches operating out of Prescott since 1941 and known for its high-quality, single-sourced beef. To complement the evening’s dishes, three curated wine pairings are included throughout, with specialty cocktails including fat-washed bourbon, available for purchase.
The evening kicks off with a welcome reception and a spread of hors d'oeuvres, including bone marrow and oxtail jam bites, traditional steak tartare and Chef Sammy D.'s signature sliders, all paired with a Lambrusco from Medici Ermete. From there, the main courses lean into local ingredients and communal dining, including mushroom pappardelle paired with Morgan Highland Chardonnay, followed by family-style K4 Ranches long bone ribeye and hanger steak served with béarnaise, potato gratin, summer tomato salad, Arizona corn elote and gem lettuce, complemented by Morgan Côtes du Crows Syrah-Grenache. Rounding out the night, Pastry Chef Berenice will present beef tallow fried donuts with bourbon caramel sauce.
