New Year’s Eve Celebration at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale
The holiday event will be presented in partnership with famous cognac producer Rémy Martin, and popular champagne house Taittinger. It will feature ice sculptures, champagne carts, live music from J Forte and Yan the Man, a balloon drop, and more for an unforgettable experience.
Tables are available for reservation and will feature tableside cocktail service throughout the evening. Mixologists will prepare and present a perfect pour experience, featuring either a French 75 for two, or a Louis XIII. Additionally, a bottle of Taittinger Brut La Francaise will be offered to conclude this one-of-a-kind table experience. Table reservations have no time limit, and outdoor tables are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Event attendees will have access the bar between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m., with food service available from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and a balloon drop will take place at 12 a.m. to officially welcome 2024.
