Taoist Tai Chi ® practice is a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps you find joy. Physically it will make you energetic, balanced, strong and supple. Try a session or two before you decide! New participants are welcome to join sessions already in progress. Masks are optional for this class. The Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA is a charitable, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization
