GOODYEAR, Ariz. – Copper State Credit Union, formed through the 2020 “merger of equals” between Deer Valley Credit Union and Canyon State Credit Union, is bringing an evening of seasonal celebrations and family-friendly festivities to the Southwest Valley at the grand re-opening of its Goodyear branch Wednesday, Oct. 30.
The event is a culmination of a year's worth of extensive renovations designed to enhance member experience through an elevated open-concept design including private meeting spaces, enhanced seating areas, intuitive kiosks, increased visual displays with five TVs, revitalized finishes, copper elements and beyond.
“Our grand re-opening celebrates the enhancements to our Goodyear branch, which not only improve member experience but also strengthen our ability to serve and advocate for the financial well-being of our members and community,” said Copper State Credit Union Goodyear branch manager, Jenniffer Powell.
In celebration of the upgraded space’s completion, Copper State Credit Union will open its doors to the community at 4 p.m. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy complimentary fresh kettle corn made on-site as well as a Raising Cane’s meal voucher before touring the revitalized space. Following branch tours, families can stop by various booths and craft stations to take up seasonal activities such as face painting and pumpkin decorating. Even better–guests can try their luck at raffles, giveaways and collecting real money at the “trick-or-treat” money grab machine for up to $1,500 until 7 p.m.
Copper State Credit Union plans to initiate similar renovations to additional branches, with upgrades to its Payson location underway.
