Over 150 guests gathered at the Cescaphe Ballroom in Northern Liberties to attend the Morgan & Smokey Brown Foundation’s 1st Annual Spring Fling. Guests enjoyed a gourmet buffet, dancing and live music by the Sensational Soul Cruisers. City Councilwoman Joan L. Krajewski, a product of the Philadelphia Archdiocese Catholic School System and Port Richmond native, awarded MSBF Founder Patrick Brown with a City Council citation that will be presented to him by a representative at the Spring Fling. Proceeds from ticket and raffles sales and contributions to the donation board will help to provide outstanding Port Richmond students with scholarships to Philadelphia’s top private high schools
