Philadelphians gathered in the Millennium Ballroom at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel and experienced the finest Japanese and U.S. Saké, as part of the 5th Saké Fest. Participants tasted and paired Saké with foods ranging from sushi to pizza. Everyone in attendance left with a better understanding and education of this centuries old unique beverage.
