On Wednesday, May 28, 2014, from 10 am to 1 pm, the YMCA of Gloucester County will host our 4th Annual Senior Health and Fitness Day. Senior Health and Fitness Day is a national event that promotes senior health. The common goal for this day is to help keep older Americans healthy and fit.
¢ Wear your tennis shoes and comfortable clothing and join us for a low-impact Silver Sneaker Class at 10:30am.
¢ Bring your bathing suit and towel and join us for a Free Arthritis Pool Class at 1pm.
¢ Visit one of our vendor tables for a health screening or information on various topics of interest to seniors.
¢ Spend time with other seniors in the community while improving your health and safety awareness.
