The YMCA Camps of Medford is proud to be the setting for the Ockanickon 5K Run to benefit campers, families and the community. For more than 100 years, the YMCA has served the community through a wide variety of programs promoting friendships, positive self-esteem and healthy development. The Ockanickon 5K Run will help us raise money for campers and families who need financial assistance to attend the camp's summer and year-round programs.
The 5K course is a beginner level course made up of sugar-sand roads and single track trails with a few small rolling hills. The backdrop of the camp forest and lakes offers a wonderful outdoor running experience. Whether you are a seasoned runner or first-timer, join us for this exciting and fun event!

Medals will be awarded to the overall top three places for both men & women.
There will also be ribbons for the top three places in each category for both men & women and FREE refreshments will be available for all participants.
