Tri-State DisAbility Art Show
Y.A.L.E. School, a private special education school serving students with disabilities ages 3-21, will host the fourth annual Tri-State DisAbility Art Show April 26 & 27 at its Performing Arts Center in Cherry Hill. The Art Show, which coincides with Autism Acceptance Month, features artwork from students with disabilities in grades K-12 and ages 18-21 from across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Raising awareness of the abilities of this group of students, the art show will focus on the importance of creative expression, acceptance and inclusion.
Awards will be announced at the Opening Reception on Friday, April 26 from 6-9 p.m., which will also feature live music from young musicians and craft activities for children of all ages. The Gallery will also be available on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. There is no cost to attend, and all are invited.
