Along with raffles and a silent auction, Yakitori Boy will also be creating a sushi roll named after Celek. The "Brent Celek Roll"? will become a permanent item on the menu and a portion of all future orders will be donated to the foundation. The charity event will be held Thursday, June 19th 2014 from 6pm to 9pm at Yakitori Boy's upstairs "Japas Lounge.
