XIX (Nineteen) will be offering a special Taste of XIX three-course pre-fix tasting menu. Guests choose from three options per course in appetizer, entrée and dessert with additional amuse-bouche and pre-dessert offerings. The hotel’s new Executive Chef, Tim Paoulek, has developed a creative and delicious menu exclusively for this promotion featuring seasonal flavors and local ingredients with dishes including Bourbon Sweet Potato Soup, Seared Scallops; Flat Iron and Wild Rice, Skuna Bay Salmon with Kohlrabi and Curry Squash Puree, Porcelet Pork Chop with Sweet Potatoes; Flourless Chocolate Cake, among others.
