Check-in and registration is from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the southeast corner of 11th Street and Pattison Avenue in South Philadelphia. It is a rain-or-shine event. Mayor Nutter will officially kick off the race at 9 a.m. at that location. The entry fee for the Badges of Honor 5K is $27.50. Runners may register online at www.imATHLETE.com. Cancellations for this event are allowed, however there are no refunds. All entry fees will be considered a donation to the Fund.
