This family-friendly event includes a timed 10K, a 5K run/walk and Kids 1K. Registration begins at 6 a.m., followed by the 10K at 8 a.m., the 5K at 8:12 a.m., and the Kids 1K at 9:30 a.m. Aimed to promote and educate the community on the benefits of lung health, this event will feature giveaways for runners and attendees, as well as fun activities for children including face painting, balloon making and professional tours of an ambulance and fire truck.
