Join us as "Scaredy Cats" with Luxurious Locks compete in City of Hope and HopeCuts' 16th Annual Hair Design Competition. Scaredy Cats 2 challenges stylists from hair salons in Philadelphia to put their talent to the test as they compete for awards and prizes in several coveted categories, including: Most Intricate Design, Most Outrageous Hair Design and Best Use of Makeup. Guests will enjoy colorful, over-the-top "Scaredy Cat" costumes and mile-high hair, as well as cocktails, music and dancing all night long.
