Erving. The celebration will provide critical support for the Mural Arts Program's efforts to beautify Philadelphia's neighborhoods and serve its constituents. The event will feature live entertainment, silent and live auctions, and art-making to help further Philadelphia's reputable honor as the "City of Murals."?
